Returns & Exchanges Policy

At ZORO TECH, we stand behind the quality of our premium refurbished business computers. We offer a customer-focused return window to guarantee peace of mind.

1-Day Refund Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 24 hours from the time of delivery/purchase to request a return or product exchange. (Note: The 1-day refund policy is not applicable on premium devices priced above ₹35,000.)

Eligibility Conditions for Returns:

  • The device must be returned in the exact cosmetic condition as purchased, without scratches, scuffs, or user-inflicted physical wear.
  • All original accessory bundles (power bricks, modular cables, boxes, adapters, tags) must be returned intact.
  • Warranty seals and internal diagnostic labels placed on casing ports or chassis edges must remain unbroken and untampered with.
  • No user account locks (BIOS passwords, Google locks, Apple ID, Windows admin PINs) must be left on the device.

Exchange Process

If a device encounters a verified hardware bug during the testing window, we will configure an alternative equivalent unit or upgrade your model. Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after our showroom bench verification.

Refurbished Hardware Standards

All computers and components sold are certified refurbished. Minor cosmetic blemishes (hairline scratches, light scuffs) are expected in accordance with grade definitions, but all components are guaranteed 100% functional. Battery capacities are checked and verified prior to shipping.

Advance Payments & Delivery

Full payment in advance is required prior to configuration customization and shipping. Payments are processed securely via verified corporate bank details or standard UPI transactions.

Warranty Limitations

Our 30-Day Testing Warranty (6 months for CPUs) covers motherboard failures, RAM/SSD malfunctions, keyboard bugs, and screen defects. It strictly excludes:

  • Accidental physical drop damages or screen cracks.
  • Liquid spills, moisture corrosion, or electrical power surge short-circuits.
  • Software configurations, user operating system corruptions, or virus infections.
  • Unauthorized repair attempts or diagnostic openings by third-party shops.

Shipping Policy

ZORO TECH provides safe, secure, and insured delivery of premium IT hardware to residences, offices, and bulk hubs across India.

Processing & Packaging

  • Preparation Time: All orders undergo a final 30+ point benchmark test and configuration check before packaging. Shipment dispatch occurs within 24-48 hours.
  • Secure Packaging: Every laptop and console is wrapped in multiple layers of anti-static shockproof bubble wrapping inside high-strength corrugated cardboard boxes.

Delivery Timelines

  • Metropolitan Centers: 3 - 5 Business Days.
  • Regional Districts & Towns: 5 - 7 Business Days.

Tracking & Transit Insurance

Once dispatched, shipment details and tracking numbers from premium courier partners (like Bluedart, Delhivery, or Speed Post) are shared directly via WhatsApp. All transit losses or damages are covered under our dispatch insurance policy.
